Do Trump's reciprocal tariffs have to get approval from US Senate and house before going into effects?
The base 10% is expected to be effective on 4th April while the inflated ones on 9th April. It's just crazy to think one man can make such decision without any thoughts given. Even the tariff calculation is ridiculous. Don't those tariffs need to pass US Senate/house or something?

I don’t know why I didn’t listen to Buffet and cash out like he did before ‘this’.
Growing up, I often heard advice around tracking Warren Buffet’s actions as a good way to invest. I know he missed out on big wins but overall he’s still a big winner. His latest cash out move is the mic drop https://www.businessinsider.com/warren-buffett-memes-stock-market-crash-cash-pile-apple-quotes-2025-3
How some EU economists see tariffs, Don't jump on this rhetoric – tariffs are not a "countermeasure"
It may be a bit dry, but it is important. The US administration has now presented the formula used to calculate the new tariffs. Very strikingly, other countries’ tariffs and trade barriers are not included in this formula. So it is not about how much tariff China or Europe imposes …
Please please help
I started investing in February, just wanted to make some extra cash before my retirement in 2027. I though "big cap stocks will likely go sideways or up in a bull market". So you know, Alphabet, Microsoft, Nvidia etc... I was terribly wrong. I now lost 30% of my lifetime …
Any good shorts for tomorrow?
Considering there is likely going to be a dip due to the tariffs, what stocks are likely to dip the most and be prime for shorting? Is there any industries that are going to be hit harder by tariffs than others, or will the whole market kind of flop equally?
