Do Trump's reciprocal tariffs have to get approval from US Senate and house before going into effects?

The base 10% is expected to be effective on 4th April while the inflated ones on 9th April. It's just crazy to think one man can make such decision without any thoughts given. Even the tariff calculation is ridiculous. Don't those tariffs need to pass US Senate/house or something?
