Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language template we publish for transparency. They are not legal advice, and we are reviewing them with counsel as the product matures.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StreetPredict (“StreetPredict,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Quine Studios. By accessing or using StreetPredict, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
StreetPredict tracks stock and crypto predictions from public sources and from user submissions, and scores them against real market prices. It is an accountability and data product. We track predictions; we do not make them. StreetPredict does not provide investment advice.
2. Not financial advice
StreetPredict is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on StreetPredict is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset, and nothing on the service should be relied on as investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Scores, track records, and predictions shown on the service — whether sourced from public posts or submitted by users — are not guarantees of future performance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use StreetPredict or create an account. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Premium subscriptions
- Price and billing. StreetPredict Premium costs $19.99 per month, billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the current paid period, and your premium access continues until then.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content from the service except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service;
- disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
- use the service to violate any law or the rights of others, or to abuse, harass, or defraud anyone.
6. Intellectual property
The StreetPredict name, site, design, original content, and scoring methodology are owned by Quine Studios and protected by applicable laws. Predictions and author handles sourced from public third-party platforms remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for accountability and informational purposes. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to display, score, and retain it as part of the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that prices, scores, or predictions are accurate, complete, or timely.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quine Studios and StreetPredict will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Quine Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
