Can Someone Help Explain Why An India ETF That Tracks A 4% Up Index Is Only Up 0.2% Today (FLIN)

I recently invested in it thinking India has strong growth potential, and because of Trump’s trade deal with India, the FLIN fund that’s supposed to track the FTSE India RIC Capped Index which is up 4.04% today. However the fund itself is only up 0.23%. What gives? 🤷‍♂️
