I build data centers, semiconductors, power plants, pharmaceuticals, etc. I've worked in Micron in Idaho, Google in Reno and Phoenix, switch in Reno, Merck in NC, TSMC in Phoenix, Intel in Phoenix, edgecore, qts, etc, etc, etc. I can tell you that this stuff isnt going nowhere. We have 20 years worth of work in Phoenix, another 15 years in Reno, and another 7 in Idaho on our books. The need for these plants and data centers is only going to get bigger. These places are cookie cutters. They build one building and then build 15 more the exact same way, using the exact same contractors, suppliers for the duration of the project.
