What's with this bounce from yesterday morning, afternoon, and today?
Yesterday morning, stocks were up quiet a bit, although we were expecting Fed interest hike. I was puzzled. and then after the announcement, stocks went back down. (which was what I expected) And now, before the maket is open, the stocks just shoot up? Whats going on....?
