Can an ETF in a self-directed, non-retirement investment account be transferred directly to an IRA without selling it?

I have an IRA and a self-directed, non-retirement investment account. The self-directed, non-retirement account has only about $1k in a ETFs. I'd like to move the money into the IRA without realizing the gain. Is it possible to transfer the ETFs directly into the IRA? Thanks
