Morgan Stanley research shows, China is now 50% GPU self sufficient and is likely to largely eliminate NVIDIA GPU usage in the next 2-3 years. Plus, though Chinese GPUs lag in raw compute they are at par in terms of Total Cost of Ownership. So NVIDIA cheap(in PE terms) for a reason?
