AI & macro/micro economic driven stock analysis tool

A lot of global news effect how the markets would react (e.g. US imposed tarrifs on many countries, that'll impact country specific companies that were exporting goods to US)

How useful will it be if there was a tool that tracks news ans based on the country, analysis which companies/stocks are likely to be hit by the particular news?
