(Non-political): With a 30-year investing window, do you proactively adjust for America’s economic decline?

Right now, the bulk of my Roth IRA is in VTSAX. However, data shows America’s consumption is increasingly being driven by the super wealthy instead of lower income consumers. With that in mind, thinking about the next 3 decades, I am looking at foreign index funds, but I worry I’m overthinking it and I can adjust later. Thoughts?
