Investing in quantum computing companies long-term

Hi, first time posting here.

I'm thinking about investing a small portion of my money in quantum computing companies every month. I read somewhere that currently, it is not profitable, but I think it is the future. What is your opinion about it? Do you think it will be profitable in the long run, or would I just burn my money?
