New to the stock market and looking for advice on my Roth retirement allocation.

I have a 25-30 year timeline for retirement and decent risk tolerance. Up until this point, I have been been 100% invested in FXAIX, but am now considering adding some other ETFS for diversity sake.
I'm posting this not only for feedback but hopefully to learn a thing or two about portfolio construction. With that, the allocation I am think is as follows:
60% VOO, 30% SCHG, 10% SCHD.
I figure the SCHD is there for a little added stability in downtimes, and the VOO is the base. The SCHG will help me capture a good amount of growth over the next few decades.
