Let’s say you can can borrow $1 million at 3.5% interest for 30 years
Would you do it and feel comfortable putting it all in VOO or SCHD or similar fund for the 30 years?
Well, this is the same question when thinking “should I pay off my mortgage?” Would you borrow on your house to invest in stocks?
Interesting way to think of it, what would you do?
