Last month, I opened a Roth IRA account, but I am clueless when it comes to investing. I am also low income and can only afford to put $50 from every paycheck into the account. I'm paid bi weekly.
I've already put in $100 into it and choosed to invest all of it into Schwab US Large Cap Growth ETF. Maybe this was a bad choice. I randomly picked it out without doing research into it. I just thought investing into an ETF would be good for me.
I know I should diversify the portfolio and not put all my money into one thing, so I don't plan on buying any more Schwab stock anytime soon. That said, I don't have a strategy in mind and don't know what else I should invest into. I can't afford a professional advisor and I would prefer to avoid fees. Any ideas or suggestions are appropriated.
