Here is a question about a point that, from what I read (mostly in the Financial Times), I never hear anyone talk about, so I'm asking you!
I'm talking in broad strokes, mostly following all the AI hype.
If everybody knows that everything is overvalued, and every investor knows that as long as no one pulls their money out first, everybody is fine. But if someone pulls out and the market crashes, then everybody loses.
My questions are:
* Is my logic correct?
* If so, why would it crash? Wouldn't it just stay that way and keep growing forever? Every investor benefits from stock being overvalued, and companies can keep borrowing against it.
