What the hell is going on with Clarivate - and is it a good buy? (LOL)

Just hit the 52 week low of $1.65 (***ANOTHER NEW edit: 1.47 is the new 52 week low AND it hit 1.43 today***). Sold off their Life Sciences division at a loss. In huge debt. Got rid of the CFO. Constant layoffs. According to Glassdoor, shuttling those jobs overseas to Serbia, Israel and India, and not clear whether they're thinking about brain drain for top products like Proquest, Web of Science, Ex Libris, Derwent, others. Consulting divisions never making money/poor management. Highly leveraged and low organic growth. Can it get worse?

Now to my question: is it a buy? Ratings are pretty poor (hold/neutral). What are the chances it goes back to 3 dollars?

Edit: I find it hysterical how much I get downvoted on discussing investing in a company that has problems. I don't think that anyone looking at Clarivate fundamentals/current and employee complaints would disagree with my assessment. Common sense would dictate that current employees should look for another job in the industry. If someone has issues with my assessment, they can talk about it here. Happy to be proven wrong, but I doubt anyone will have the nerve to do so.
