What would you do with £5k and a month? (theoretical)

If you had a small lump of money (for example up to £8k), and a month before the money will be used elsewhere, what would you invest this in to bump it up a bit?

This is just a theoretical scenario, I’m just intrigued to hear what people would do with it! Not an actual situation I’m in (I wish lol)
