What physical goods would you stockpile now that will realistically be worth 2–3x in 5–10 years (inflation-adjusted)?

Been digging into this on and off for maybe year now. Everytime I search I have the same answers - LEGO, Pokémon cards, vynil etc.
Honestly hats exactly why I don’t trust it anymore. The moment something becomes the default answer (ai now spits out the same stuff), everyone piles in, supply explodes.

So what I am actually curious about: physical stuff you can buy and keep. Things with a real reason to get scarce. I am not looking for financial advice or “buy gold” replies, just want to hear your reasoning and maybe some specific examples.
