Who the heck is throwing money at in South American ETFs after elections?

Brazil is up over double digits today on Bolsonaro going to the second round. Colombia had a massive uptick when they elected the right wing candidate. Milei saw Argentina's market explode upward.

This money is not coming from domestic / local sources. There's some group / individuals in the US that is dumping big money into funds that have had elections go to the right wing candidate.
