I bought about 2 shares of DELL at an average cost of $55.89. My position is now worth around $1,174 and is up roughly $1,062, or about 948%. Because of the gain, DELL has grown to about 48% of my portfolio.
I’m trying to decide whether it makes more sense to sell one share and keep one, hold both, or reduce the position more. I’m especially interested in how people think about concentration risk versus continuing to hold a stock that has performed well.
