Parking in ICSH (iShares Ultra Short-Term Bond) vs laddering short term CDs or Funds

I have some short term bridge funding for about 60K that needs to be drawn over roughly a 2+year period (27months) that I want to park and earn some interest in bond ETFs, funds or CDs. It seems ICSH might fit the bill with about 4.08% current yield as of May 2026. While it's not guaranteed and will fluctuate a bit it's liquid with little to no change in NAV and I feel a bit more flexible than tieing that some up in some type of CD laddering scheme. I calculated about $1,600 in interest with the draw downs occurring at regular quarterly intervals and the sacrifice for liquidity might be $150-200 which is worth it to me.

Thoughts on Ultrashort bond ETFs vs funds or CDs in this scenario?
