I don't know how many of you watch elephant in the room on youtube. It is hosted by Ken La Corte and while I enjoy his videos one does have to be very careful in how one processes his information. I am not saying this as good or bad. I am just saying his information is quite dense in what is being said and it requires some real processing brain power to dissect it.
Ok so why am I referencing him and this video?

Ignore the entire video (even though it is really interesting), but in the last minute he did something I have never seen him do. He said and I am paraphrasing, "enough is enough frack oil we need to get to solar and wind NOW." I was a bit shocked by that, that even a person like him has had enough of oil. His beef is the constant never ending strive in the middle east. The US has enough oil for itself, it is not immune from the free market.
I am of his opinion as well, and use very little oil. But I seriously wonder if we are about to hit the switch worldwide and the downslide of oil. I know oil is in a downslide because it has a hard time breaking triple digits. I wonder though if oil is about to collapse. Hence one does wonder if it is time to seriously remove all fossil fuel plays from an investing perspective.
