Can we forget about the offer for a moment and focus on the demand? AI bubble has an unfixable demand problem.

We are building a multi-trillion-dollar high-speed rail network with zero passengers.
So I'm talking about this kind of passengers: I'm talking about standards, audit, security, sustainability, national reserves, legal frame... Of course those passengers came with return of xp, lawsuit, crisis... But they create a Fix demand that we can analyse, plan, correct and improve.

And if you think that I'm crazy look after how cloud, api and saas were structured in term of certifications and standards and privacy. Even the basic economics:
Energy, food, and oil have inelastic, structural demand. If the world stops buying them, civilization collapses tomorrow.

Current generative AI is a discretionary optimization toy. It’s an R&D experiment and a "nice-to-have" general expense line that gets wiped out the minute CFOs need to protect quarterly margins.

We are witnessing a brutal, self-destructive race to the bottom.

Hyperscalers are blowing 25–35% of their revenue on CapEx that depreciates to zero in 4 years, while Shell prints an 8–10% FCF yield on 30-year physical assets solving an actual, inelastic need.

Yet on the demand side? Crickets. No clear workflows, no proven structural ROI at scale, just endless wrappers solving fake problems.
Everyone is busy selling picks and shovels, forgetting that nobody actually struck gold.
I've been in 2k crisis. It is telecom 2000 all over again: burying millions of miles of dark fiber under the ocean for bandwidth that nobody was paying for.

So here is my question, do you think that there is now a clear need to consume this offer?
