Portfolio Review: £500k split across SIPP & ISA

Looking for some feedback and sanity checks on restructuring my long-term portfolio across my UK tax wrappers (SIPP and ISA).

Total portfolio size is £500,000. I am consolidating into low-cost GBP-denominated accumulating instruments, keeping things mechanical. Monthly investments continue into VALL and VUAG.

The Target Allocation

* 45% Global All-Cap (VALL): Core total-market foundation including large, mid, and small caps.
* 30% US Core (VUAG): S&P 500 tilt for core US large-cap earnings power.
* 10% Global Semiconductors (SEMI): Dedicated hardware/infrastructure tilt.
* 10% Physical Gold (SGLN): Non-correlated hedge and volatility dampener.
* 5% Cash MMF (Royal London Short Term / B8XYYQ8): Dry powder and liquidity buffer.

Wrapper Split

SIPP (£300,000 - Long horizon)

Stocks & Shares ISA (£200,000 - Medium to long horizon)

How would you organise it if it was your money?
