What is the best way to get notified for market dips without keeping up with the news?

The problem is that I’m not someone who checks YF or the news everyday, so I end up missing out on dips (like Mar and Apr this year, didn’t realize the dip until Jun HAHAH)

What’s the best way to solve this??

I did some research - Im considering setting alerts for VIX - like about 20 and another for 30 🤔

Edit: I auto invest in SP500, but I also have some savings so I can go shopping during the dip (either buy more SP500 or stocks I’m interested in)
