Top ways to invest in innovative companies through ETFs? High risk appetite

I have 40% in VOO/QQQM and another 40% in VBR and IEFA. I need to invest remaining 20% in satellite portfolios.
I have high risk appetite and long-term investment horizon. I am looking at ways to invest in highly innovative and disruptive companies that offer huge upside potential.

I am not looking for more index funds to add and would like to have more active exposure through ETFs. Here are the funds I am looking at:

1. **ARKVX**: while the portfolio is interesting, I am worried about very high expense ratio (at \~2.9%) and poor liquidity.
2. **XOVR**: Interesting portfolio. It blends public and private innovators (Kalshi, Anduril). Expense ratio comparatively reasonable at 0.75%. Good track record with SpaceX listing gains.
3. **NASA**: A bet on the future of Space as an investment opportunity. Bullish on the theme in longer term. Though it is very concentrated theme and this ETF did poorly during SpaceX IPO despite strong listing gains due to large inflows. It did little to protect returns of retail investors.
4. **DRAM**: Concentrated investment style but should remain in trend for the coming year (OR am I too late to the party)

Any other ETF to look at? What would you choose for growthier, active bets? Thanks in advance.
