Hi All. I am a 23 year old with my first real job. I've been living at home for a year, and during that year I've maxed out my Roth IRA and have 14k in my 401k. Due to my increased income from living at home, I decided to see if I could make some extra income in the stock market. I bought memory stocks about a month ago, and lost about 2.5k until today. Today, due to the loss, I decided to try my hand at 0dte SPY options, and now I only have 1,800 left in my account. I have sold everything in my normal brokerage. I feel sick to my stomach. How do I come back from this? What do I do? I am lost and feel horrible
