Hi guys, M32, living in Mumbai. Have been investing in mostly stock, mutual fund, some parked in Gold. Wanted to explore some alternative investment options. Tried bond, invoice discounting, and they have been doing well.
For about more than 12 months, have been investing in p2p lending. Have invested in about 800 something loans, in 3 to 6 month tenures. So far have been getting repayments almost every week. Earned annualized net return of of 21.36% till date. There are some defaults as well.. Luckily that has not impacted the overall returns. A large chunk is yet to be received.
Wanted some opinion on whether anyone else here tried it and if I should increase my corpus?"
