32 years old, €11k/month net + ~€150k annual bonus. How would you structure long-term investing?

Hi everyone,

I’d love to get some opinions from people who have been investing for a long time or who have gone through a similar situation.

I’m 32 years old, have a very long investment horizon (20–30+ years), and I’m not planning to touch this money unless something truly unexpected happens. My goal is long-term wealth creation rather than generating income today.

My expected cash flow looks like this:

Net salary: €11,000 per month
2026:Annual bonus: approximately €150,000 net, paid in three installments of around €50,000 during the year.
2027: Annual bonus: approximately €350,000 net, paid in three installments of around €115,000 during the year.

Rent and gas are also paid already by my company. So I expect to have a significant amount available to invest consistently every month, plus the three larger bonus payments.

I’m trying to build a simple, disciplined investment strategy that I can follow for decades rather than constantly chasing performance.

Some of the questions I’m thinking about are:
How would you allocate monthly investments versus the bonus payments?

Would you invest the bonuses immediately as lump sums, or spread them over several months?

If you were building a long term focused portfolio from scratch today how would you structure it?

Thanks a lot.
