Rate my 30-year Core-Satellite portfolio

I’m 35 years old with a 30-year investment horizon. My goal is to maximize long-term returns while keeping the portfolio simple and disciplined.

**Core (85%)**
55% S&P 500 UCITS ETF (Acc)
20% MSCI World ex-USA UCITS ETF (Acc)
10% Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (Acc)

**Satellite (max 15%; 5-15%)**
Individual stocks only
Sector ETFs only with very high conviction
No leverage or derivatives

My thinking is that the Core should do most of the work, while the Satellite allocation allows me to invest in a handful of businesses I have strong conviction in without materially increasing overall portfolio risk.

What do you see as the biggest weaknesses of this approach? Would you change the Core allocation, the Satellite size, or both?
