Is there investing potential in a casino becoming a data center in a small town?

There’s a rumor about a local casino off a major road in my area is purchased and changed into a data center. I’m an amateur investor, but I think this could change a lot for a small country town with one casino.

What businesses would benefit or hurt from this change?
