I have been too scared to open my Hood app since yesterday evening. I was expecting a total blood bath today. Trump resuming Iran war threat, Fed minute not looking good. But to my surprise, my account (which mostly have semis/ AI stocks) was actually up today. I know there was some good news for NVDA regarding China. And some good news for AVGO as well. But is it all why semis stocks were up today?
I'm so confused since it looks to me that the Fed will very likely hike rate once this year. Iran war seems not to conclude anytime soon. Is there any shift in money rotating? Does money to back in semis? Or should I trim more of my positions while I still can?
