I’ve held shares in a company for the past 12 years, they are still pre-IPO. These shares still retain value and I’m looking to sell them. Has anyone here gone through this process before, and you have any recommendations?

The title says it all. There are several companies out there that seem to be in the space of purchasing pre-IPO shares. I’ve held onto them for 12 years and I’m in a position where I would like to sell.

I would love to know if someone has been through this process before. Thank you.
