Hey all,
I have read many times over that that small cap value and large cap momentum tend to outperform the market during different cycles. However, AVUV and SPMO have both greatly outperformed VTI so far in 2026. Is this an anomaly, or are there often periods of outperformance overlap for both factors?
Either way, I am glad my portfolio tilts towards both small cap value and large cap momentum.
