Is AVLV a good satellite holding to hedge against heavy tech concentration in an S&P 500 portfolio?

For investors using a robo-advisor like Betterment that concentrates roughly two-thirds of a portfolio into the S&P 500 (with the rest in international, mid/small cap, and bonds), does adding a 5% to 8% tilt into a large-cap value fund like AVLV make sense?
The goal would be a modern value tilt without going as traditional or "old school" as something like a Schwab value fund.
Has anyone looked into using a factor ETF like AVLV specifically to reduce risk if mega-cap tech and the AI boom slow down? Is there another ETF that addresses these specific concentration concerns better? I’m curious what actual strategies people are using.
