Developed an investment thesis when ran on a simulation for the past 20 years did 1600% returns compared to the s&p's 600% returns who should I talk to?

I've developed a stock screening methodology that has historically returned over 1,500% in the last 20 years compared to the S&P 500's 600%. I've back tested it thoroughly and the data is compelling. I'm not a licensed advisor and don't manage large sums myself, but I genuinely believe this should get in front of someone who does. Who would be the right person or firm to bring this kind of outside research to?
