Mitsubishi Electric - Thoughts?

What are people's thoughts on Mitsubishi (either electric, heavy or chemicals) as an investment? Mitsubishi Electric has experienced a massive 90% run up this year but I'm wondering if there's still quite a lot of room for growth - as it seems to serve almost all of the emerging high-growth industries.

For example, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries supplies reactor-related systems, steam turbines and plant infrastructure for nuclear energy, as well as hydrogen production systems, turbines, and solid oxide electrolysis technologies in the fuel-cell industry. Mitsubishi Electric provides power semi-conductors, grid and power conversion equipment, UPS systems, cooling and energy management technologies - all used in data centres. They're also involved in optical communication components, semi-conductor lasers and other photonics technologies.

I don't have any experience in any of the fields above so I won't pretend that I know what i'm talking about - but it does seem that they're at odds with various other high-growth companies: i.e.

1. Westinghouse/Framatome/GE Vernova in Nuclear

2. Bloom Energy/Siemens/NEL Asa in Fuel-Cell

3. Schneider Electric/Eaton/Vertiv in Data Centre Infrastructure

4. Coherent/Lumentum/Hamamatsu in Photonics

5. Thales/Lockheed Martin/Airbus in LEO Satellites

6. Prysmian/Nexans in HVDC infrastructure

Does having an expertise in each of these areas, facilitating a more joint up system, mean that mitsubishi could be a good investment?
