Dell raised its full-year FY27 revenue outlook to $167 billion at the midpoint up nearly 50% year over year. AI server revenue expectations for FY27 have been bumped to $60 billion.

Dell announced a 20% dividend increase to $2.52/share and a $10 billion increase to its share-repurchase authorization, returning $2.1 billion to shareholders in Q1 alone.
