Just sold my entire stock portfolio to purchase a real estate property, having mixed feelings about it

I’m 23 years old, I have been living at home and managed to grow a portfolio to 60k. I received a decent inheritance when my grandma passed of 90k, i live in a moderate cost of living area of the Midwest, after a ton of thinking and seeking advice to whomever I can about this, i decided to pull out my entire 60k and purchase a home, after viewing the crazy 7% interest rates and realizing I’d end up paying over double what the home’s worth in interest. I decided to pay cash, zero mortgage. It’s a smaller 1200 sqft 2b 2b. I have put off renting an apartment for so long because I just hated the idea of having a roommate or not having my money invested in anything, rent in my area is $1300+ for 1b 1b small 750 sqft apartment. I found a good deal and got a property negotiated to 150k cash, I close on June 9th. But I now have zero savings, I’m slowly rebuilding my portfolio but it’s just a very scary thought for me. I know I’m young and starting “over” financially at 23 is probably not a big deal. But I keep second guessing my decision. Any input on this is appreciated
