I want to diversify significant NVIDA position into AI specific ETFs- How would you think about this?

I currently hold NVIDA, IONQ, and NBIS as individual AI positions. I want to add ETFs alongside them.

Here's what Im trying to figure out:

\- Which AI growth ETFs to invest in? I'm thinking DRAM, SMH, SOXX, WCLD, ROBO, BOTZ, SRVR. This list gives me broader coverage across AI stack.

\- AI equities have had a strong run especially in the past few months. Is it good to wait for a pull back as people might be selling to take profits, or is that just bad market timing logic?

\- Also open to knowing good ETFs in other growth areas like space etc.,
