Crypto gambling changed my mindset about money and I'm not sure if that's a good thing

A year ago I wouldn't even consider putting 50 bucks into a casino. Now I deposit crypto without thinking twice. The weird part is I'm actually up overall. Not life changing money but enough to make me question everything I was told about gambling being a guaranteed loss. Found DuckDice through Trustpilot reviews a while back and just stuck with it.

But the longer I play the more I realize it's not about the platform it's about how you handle yourself. The moment you start chasing losses it's over. I set a weekly limit and if I hit it I close the app. Some weeks I lose, some weeks I win, but overall I'm still ahead. Is anyone else here in this weird spot where gambling actually taught you discipline?
