When what happens you will start to actively move money around or out of your portfolio?

I get it, timing the market doesn’t work. But, are we ignoring all economic signals? That’s the new norm? Energy prices, war, inflation, job report, producer prices, semiconductors-casino-like-spend, unlikely cuts for interest rates, etc. Not a single bright light yet the market is going up.

What signals are you watching, if any, that makes you think if they happen you’ll start to take some action? And what’s the action you’ll take?
