It sounds like this will just benefit executives and insiders, who will have more time to buy/sell their own positions before having to report actual numbers to the general public. Even ETF investors just dollar cost averaging would be buying at inflated prices while connected hedge funds and their buddies have 6 months to dump before the rug pull.
