There is a clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They claim they make around $150K per month in profit and currently operate two clinics. They are offering me an opportunity to invest $50K for a third clinic, and in return I would receive 10% ownership of that third clinic.

I’m trying to figure out if this is legit or too risky. The address exists, but I’m not sure about their financial claims or whether this is a common investment structure in healthcare businesses. I have visited the place, and it seems legit, but I’m not sure about the numbers. They have a website, but they don’t have a Google Maps listing for some reason. They are a behavioral clinic.

Has anyone seen deals like this before? What should I check before considering it?
