What’s the best way for small time investor to participate in the upcoming SpaceX IPO?

I just saw this SpaceX IPO valuation of $1.5T to $1.74T. That’s crazy! How do they even determine the initial IPO price and what’s the best way for a small time investor/trader to participate without having to chase the run after bell ring at market opening?
