A piece a property recently became available near me and it seems like a place where a profitable church could be located. It seems like there’s a lot of potential to be made if a developer could strike a deal with the church to receive a certain share of all the weekly offerings. It seems like it could be a major headache and I can’t imagine seeing myself in this line of investing.
