Fundrise VCX is live on the NYSE today. Is this the best way to own OpenAI and Anduril?

If you’re like me and you’re tired of every legacy tech company slapping "AI" on their earnings call to juice the stock, you should look at the Fundrise Innovation Fund (VCX) launch today.

If you didn't know already, it’s a fund that holds actual pre-IPO positions in OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, and Anduril. These are the companies actually building the infrastructure for the next decade, and until today, they were basically off-limits to everyone but the big 1%.

I’m looking at the portfolio and seeing massive names in defense tech and LLMs. Is anyone else jumping in on day one? How do we think this will track against the QQQ over the next 12 months?
