A way for retail to access private AI and tech exposure?

Just saw that VCX may be going live soon, with the listing date showing up on the NYSE corporate actions page.

It gives exposure to a basket of private AI and tech companies that are usually only accessible through venture capital. Some of the more talked-about names include Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks, and Stripe, many of which have seen significant valuation growth over the past few years. That kind of upside has mostly been out of reach for retail investors until now.

Instead of just watching the AI boom from the sidelines or buying into public names after big runs, this feels like a potential way to get in earlier across the space.

Anyone planning on investing when it finally release or are there better options?
