How to get transfer fee reinbursement from Robinhood? Their support is awful

Anybody know how? I've talked to the support on Robinhood (which is just an ai bot) and they tell me to look for support and click "transfer fee reinbursment". The thing is they dont even have that! Anyone know how to get it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
