Today VXUS is trading near what it was at the start of the year. Nobody can be certain but this recent downturn seems to be a result of the current events rather than poor performance of the fund's companies. I didn't have an opportunity to buy until it was around \~82.5, so I wonder if now is a good time to bring cost basis down or do I just keep spectating?
I don't plan on being in international for a long time horizon, as I think s&p is more favorable over 10+ years, but this is not a retirement account I'm working with.
